I had the most incredible experience at Brownstone resort! The staff's behavior was beyond amazing - they were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I felt safe throughout my entire stay. The food was delicious and the rooms were spacious, providing me with the perfect relaxing oasis. Everything was spotlessly clean, creating a sense of luxury. The overall vibe of the resort was simply awesome - it exuded a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. And let's not forget about the location - it truly is the best! I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and create lasting memories

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking resort nestled in the mountains, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning natural beauty that surrounded me. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also elegantly designed, ensuring a cozy and relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony, where I could soak in the mountain air and enjoy the scenic beauty. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my stay memorable, from helpful recommendations for local activities to prompt room service. The resort's restaurant served delectable cuisine, offering a mix of local and international dishes. The view from the restaurant was equally impressive, making each meal a delightful experience.

My experience was very good & if you want to enjoy mountain view, River view & Bird eyes view then I suggest to visit Brownstone Resort. It is very beautiful place & perfect location for holiday with family & friends. Room service also very good. Manager & staff are very polite, co-operative & helpful. "Specially, the food was very tasty".

I booked this for my birthday, it was pleasure to be here. Location is the best & view from the rooms are breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make my birthday memorable, from helpful recommendations for local activities to prompt room service & they also provided cake & decorations with minimal charges. We enjoyed a pool time a lot here. The best infinity pool they have, couldnt have asked for better than this on my birthday. Thanks!

We visited this place for our New year celebration.Beautiful Location...and staff is very cooperative and helpful.Food is excellent. Rooms are clean and having nice Valley view.Mr.Chaudhary the manager is very good and helped us in last minute needs.Specially I want mention about the owner of the property Dr.Milind Shinde..He is so down to earth person and taking care of each member personally. THANKS Team Brownstone resort for making our holiday with New year memorable

So I am reading these all 5 star reviews while waiting for my coffee ordered 20 mins back...mind you its Monday and we are the only guests here. Staff is polite and that s all. Pathetically slow,not bothered. I think they only take care of the guests who come on weekends. The rooms are good ,location is superb but we were not taken care at all. I am fasting today,requested sabudana last night but they they were unable to provide it even today by 4 o clock in the evening. Last night when we arrived the only two or three items from the starters were available. That too they served after 1 and half-hour. They didn't even had corn. Today morning when they served us tea the flask it was served had not been washed since its been brought. So overall it was 2 * experience with so much money. It costed us 20k for 2 nights. Pathetic.

Brownstone resort is beautiful, awesome amenities and mind-blowing view while swimming inside infinity pool. Food is really good, Rooms are hygienic and clean. staff is very helpful & supportive. If you have EV car resort will give you slow charging facility. Please visit Brownstone resort at Tapola (Mini-Kashmir).
